of a brand
The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) approached us to help build brand awareness and present itself with the clarity, authority and professionalism required to engage major investors and energy organisations.
As the government-owned body responsible for managing the UK’s Contracts for Difference scheme, a cornerstone of the country’s transition to low-carbon energy, LCCC needed a brand that reflected its seriousness, responsibility and long-term impact.
We created an identity that put sustainability at its core, from a considered visual system to practical decisions that reduced the brand’s digital carbon footprint, including the use of black as a primary colour and renewable-energy-powered web hosting. A vibrant green was introduced as a counterpoint, expressing the energy, innovation and momentum driving both the organisation and the wider clean-energy sector.
